Our Lady and St. Teresa`s Catholic Primary School is a successful school serving the needs of families in Leamington and the surrounding areas who want a Catholic education for their children. We are extremely proud of our most recent Ofsted report which states:

The Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, vibrant and skilled Headteacher with the vision and determination to take the school on the next stage of its journey.
 
The successful candidate will be a committed and practicing Catholic who:
 
Has a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education
Has successful leadership experience in either the voluntary aided or community sector
Is committed to putting children first, with high expectations of all members of the school community.
Is skilled in developing school improvement strategies and has the ability to devise, develop and evaluate new initiatives
Is firmly committed to enhancing our links with our parent, parish and wider community
Will work with our dedicated governors to lead our committed team
Has an understanding of the Diocesan Academisation Strategy
Has an understanding of effective budget planning and resource deployment
